"Asked for a large vehicle because it is easier for my elderly grandparents to get in and out of. My grandmother really struggled to get into the back of an Avensis. Payed more for the larger vehicle to not receive an mpv. What is your policy for this type of error?"

"Driver said he was late as he was stuck in traffic. Arranged to meet at train station pick up point but he went to airport. After numerous calls he went to the rear car park and not the pick up point. Eventually picked us up an hour after agreed time. Missed our ferry home which meant we had to pay extra to get the next available ferry. Totally dissatisfied with the service, would not use again."

"Brilliant service throughout: booking was easy, customer service when I thought we needed to cancel the taxi but ended up re-booking it with no issue were very helpful & efficient, taxi driver’s updates via messages and then arrival exactly on time and then a friendly, comfortable journey home made the whole experience one I would definitely recommend to others."
"The car never arrived, I called twice but still no driver, I would like a refund in full as I had to make other arrangements"
"We were never contacted by the driver and no one was there for us. I will be requesting a refund as I had to pay for another taxi instead. I wouldn’t recommend this company in future."

"Was expecting the driver to meet me in the terminal. He had not been told this. I have an injured leg so this would not normally bother me. The driver was lovely and walked to where I was an carried my luggage to the car. He was very patient and understanding. He was a very helpful young man also helping to carry my luggage to my door. Overall, a good experience. "

"He didn’t take my daughter to the booked destination. He was booked to go to GL75NT. That is Bibury. The route is correct on your Google Map pre route planner. Instead he took her to Ampney Cruscis. She was too confused and not sure where she was and just got out in a panic. Fortunately I was home to go and get her. It wound age. Been a 1.5/2 this wall home. "
