"Driver arrived earlier than the time expected - arrived when my plane landed not 30-45 mins later like requested. The driver then complained that I had been late and tried to charge me an extra 15 pounds for “being late”. Even though the terms are clear that you would be charged 5 pounds for every 15 mins you are late. I arrived within 45 mins of the time requested (and the time when my plane arrived). He wouldn’t release my luggage from the trunk until I showed him the confirmation email stating that the policy included 60 minutes waiting time."
