We received 2 calls asking us if we were at an alternative location (In Bath), poor communication when trying to get in touch with the drivers and company and was a very stressful situation. We are disappointed with this journey and feel it was not a reflection of the usual service as our return journey was fine. I do feel a partial refund would be appropriate due to the inconvenience caused."

I cannot even begin to explain the utter disappointment of the whole shambles of pre booking a taxi that was over 25 mins late for 10 minute journey. "I received a text saying my trip was booked with Lymington Taxis for 23:00 but when I called them he said “this trip was confirmed via an outsourced random company based in Basingstoke without informing us - we won’t be there to pick you up. I think you’ve been scammed, Sorry.” "
"Our car was booked for 8 am when it didn’t arrive I called the taxi company who advised that they had mistakenly booked it for 8.30. When car didn’t arrive at 8.30 taxi co told me driver was 3 miles away and gave me driver’s number. When I called the driver he advised he was 25 miles away and would collect us at 9am. We were booked on a plane from Southampton airport at 10.20 so you can imagine the stress!! Driver managed to get us to Airport for 9.40 and as we had no bags to check in we went straight through security and onto the plane as they were boarding. If we had had luggage to check in we would have missed the flight."

"Booked via a website which I thought was for a local company Misleading website, but was an agent based in another country. Expensive compared to the local company, exorbitant fees for changes or cancellations. Ironically it was our normal local taxi who provided the service which was on time, we just paid extra for the privilege of booking online rather than picking up the phone…"

"Driver never turned up for the return journey he made it clear in the morning he was unhappy with the pick up as it was remote but then never even turned up made some excuse would be late then nothing very unhappy with the service as I was stuck in the middle of a field once finished a 11 hour shift then had to walk home 15 min cab journey but took and hour Totally unacceptable would not recommend ever so no didn’t receive the car or a replacement and Definately over an hour late as I’m still waiting Also no refund to add insult "

"They had given the driver the wrong address, I had put in prospect avenue, the car went to prospect road, on the phone I tried to explain this and they hung up on me, I called them back and he kept saying your taxi is here and I kept explaining it wasn’t, the car finally arrived, but i was stood outside in the rain with a 3 year old arguing the car was not outside, a stressful start and I was not happy, but the driver was kind and the journey home was safe and smooth "

"Driver said he was late as he was stuck in traffic. Arranged to meet at train station pick up point but he went to airport. After numerous calls he went to the rear car park and not the pick up point. Eventually picked us up an hour after agreed time. Missed our ferry home which meant we had to pay extra to get the next available ferry. Totally dissatisfied with the service, would not use again."

She was too confused and not sure where she was and just got out in a panic. Fortunately I was home to go and get her. It wound age. Been a 1.5/2 this wall home. "
